NANO BEAR TECHNOLOGY

How KinematicGP Was Created KinematicGP was born from hands-on experience, not from a marketing concept. Its origins lie in many years of cooperation with companies developing friction-reducing solutions and performance additives for mechanical systems. Over time, one thing became clear: most products available on the market worked only on the surface. They offered short-term improvements, but failed to provide real, long-lasting protection for critical mechanical components. That realization defined our direction. From the very beginning, KinematicGP set out to create ultra-premium products, designed without compromise and aimed at users who understand that reliability, safety, and true mechanical protection matter more than temporary results. A major breakthrough came from the research of D. N. Garkunov, who described the phenomenon of selective material transfer and self-regeneration of friction surfaces, as well as the practical work of G. P. Shpenkov, one of the pioneers in applying this theory to real mechanical systems. Their work showed that wear does not have to be irreversible and that working surfaces can rebuild themselves during operation.

These classical tribology foundations were combined with modern nanotechnology, functional colloids, ester-based carriers, and a hybrid system of multiple graphene compounds. This graphene hybrid plays a key role: it strengthens intelligent selective material transfer and enables self-regeneration at the nano and atomic scale, precisely in areas exposed to the highest thermal and mechanical loads. Unlike conventional solutions based solely on chemical additives, KinematicGP technology uses nanomolecules, metal colloids, and oxides. This approach makes it possible to: regenerate friction layers during operation, create multi-layer nano-bearing structures within the oil, gradually transform sliding friction into rolling friction. The result of this work was the development of DLGC™ technology together with Nano Bearing Technology, designed to function as one integrated system. Graphene-based structures stabilize the protective tribological layer, nano-bearings reduce friction and micro-vibrations, and the system continuously regenerates itself where local wear occurs. This is how KinematicGP products were created, including GP52 — not as a conventional oil additive, but as a durable technology that bonds with metal and fundamentally changes the way engines and gearboxes operate. From the beginning, the philosophy has remained the same: this is not chemistry and not ceramics, but an engineering solution built on science, experience, and real-world performance.
